The Process

How Fence Installation Works

   On-Site Visit and Measurement

   We come to the property, walk the fence line, and take measurements. We look at the soil, note any roots or grade changes, and check the setbacks from the property lines.

   Written Quote

   We give you a written quote that breaks down material, labor, and permit cost before any work starts. Nothing moves forward until you sign off on the scope.

3. 03

   Permit Application

   We submit the permit application to the City of Coral Springs on your behalf. We handle the paperwork and follow up on approval.

4. 04

   Installation

   We set posts with concrete footings at the right depth for South Florida soil, then build the fence to the agreed plan. Old fence material is hauled away if removal was part of the job.

5. 05

   Inspection and Walkthrough

   The city inspector signs off on the completed fence. We walk through the finished job with you to make sure everything looks right before we leave.
